If each company within the same location has an independent tax identifier, an independent structure, and a differentiated telephone number (exclusive for each business), then there should be no problem appearing independently.
Google normally treats businesses independently in local searches, and although no rule or guideline indicates or prohibits similar businesses from being included in the same location, it is not really a practice. It is highly recommended. It is common to find disappearances of tokens absorbed by the most relevant one in the same location.
There is a good chance this will happen. Google may suspend one or more of the businesses in the same location at any time.
